  • Acquisition of non-performing senior housing debt
  • Investing in partnerships and joint ventures, accompanied with controlling interests in senior housing assets

$5 to $30 million single asset; $12+ million portfolio

Equity:
$1 to $10 million single asset; $2+ million portfolio

Geography:
Oregon, Washington and Idaho

Target Return:
12%-20%+ levered IRR, 10% to 16% cash on cash return

Investment Hold Period:
5 to 30 years
